Every morning, a Western-style buffet, sweet and savoury, to start the day well before a walk in the Cantal or getting back on the road.
The pound cake, apple compote and jams (blueberry, apricot, rhubarb) are homemade. Bread comes from Le Croissant d'Or bakery, farm yoghurts from Le P'tit Baguet, free-range eggs from GAEC Pastourel, country ham and saucisson from Du Producteur à l'Assiette, and cheeses (Tome des 3 Sucs, Chapelou bleu) from Fromagerie Gardon. Local honey from Alleuze.
