The building first housed a girls' holiday camp run by nuns, then became a hotel-restaurant in 1996. Since 2021, chef Damien Rousset and his partner have run the inn: renovated rooms, the Logis label and cooking built on produce from neighbouring farms.

Lunch and dinner on site
The restaurant serves lunch from Sunday to Friday and dinner every day. Chef Damien Rousset cooks local produce; his signature dish, veal sweetbreads in morel sauce, is on the Creation Menu and à la carte.

The taste of our neighbours
No terroir without its produce and its small producers. From farm to plate: meat, trout, poultry, cheese, yoghurt, bread, eggs and honey come from farmers and craftspeople in the Cantal and neighbouring departments, often just a few kilometres from the inn.
